When I started out as a traditional myofunctional therapist, I was helping clients—but only on one level.
Many of them were struggling with complex issues:
- Chronic fatigue.
- Lyme disease.
- Constant congestion.
- Gut problems they couldn’t explain.
- Sleep that never felt restorative.
They were doing all the “right” things… and still felt awful.
I knew myofunctional exercises alone weren’t enough.
So I expanded.
I trained in holistic nutrition, sleep promotion strategies, and environmental health— so I could help clients heal at the root, not just manage symptoms at the surface.
Now, I blend myofunctional therapy with targeted nutrition and lifestyle tools to support the entire system—breath, gut, sleep, and stress.
